By accessing or using services provided by PixelEvolve AB (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Sweden (Org.nr: 559493-7418), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service Description
PixelEvolve provides AI-powered translation services for e-commerce platforms, including:
- Automated translation of product content
- Brand term protection and glossary management
- Integration with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
- Translation quality validation
Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our software
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Maintain backups of your original content
Pricing and Payment
Subscription Plans
- We offer various subscription tiers with different features and limits
- Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Refunds
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- Refund requests should be submitted to support@pixel-evolve.com
- Partial refunds may be provided at our discretion for annual plans
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- All intellectual property in our services remains our property
- Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without permission
- The underlying technology and algorithms are proprietary
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit for translation
- You grant us a license to process your content to provide our services
- We do not claim ownership of your translated content
Service Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- We are not liable for downtime due to factors beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for translation accuracy in all contexts
- You are responsible for reviewing translations before publication
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Termination
By You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You may request data export before termination
By Us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- We may discontinue services with reasonable notice
- Upon termination, your access to services and data may be revoked
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time
- Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PixelEvolve AB regarding our services.
